The Chakras
You have a number of vividly colored, blazing, coruscating whirlpools of
energy that serve as your subtle psychic sense organ. C. W. Leadbeater,
famous clairvoyant, makes them come authentically alive in living color
with ten striking illustrations.
Then with great clarity and simplicity he explains what each chakra
means to your welfare. For you and your body are in truth a great
nucleus of potential power.
In print since 1927, hundreds of thousands of copies of this book have
been sold. It is recognized as a classic of esoteric literature. |

Charles Webster Leadbeater was born February 16, 1854 and Stockport,
England and died March 1, 1934 in Perth, Australia.
Charles father was Charles Sr. and his mother name was Emma, Emma was
born in Liverpool, Charles was an only child.
In 1861 the family moved to London where his father worked on the
railroad and about a year later died from tuberculosis in 1862.
After graduating from high school Charles needed to work to support the
family and this was pretty common back in those days.
In the evenings he would study and self educate himself, for example he
had a large telescope and would study astronomy in the evening, he even
learned to speak three languages French, Latin and Greek.
Under his uncles influenced Charles later became an ordained Anglican
priest. Now what was the book that changed his life you're thinking,
well after reading a book about séances by Daniel Dunglas Home he
developed an interest in the spiritual world.
Later he traveled to Burma, Sri Lanka and other parts of the world
educating himself on different religions and found himself starting the
English Buddhist academy.

| There Is More Than You Can See
It is one of the commonest of mistakes to consider that the limit of our
power of perception is also the limit of all there is to perceive C.W.L.
I read most of this book but we'll have to go back and reread it.
It was hard for me to understand because of my basic knowledge of
chakras and meditation. I would recommend this book to someone
with a little more advanced study of Chakras.
I definitely found this book interesting.
