Emma was a student of Mary Baker Eddy the founder of the Christian
Science. Christian Science was founded on the belief that when Mary was
reading the Bible she found the healing secrets of Jesus.
Emma later on became the editor of Christian Science Journal. It sounded
like Emma had a conflict of interest with Mary Baker Eddy and later
split from the church and taking the name with her Christian science.
She went on later to teach Charles and Myrtle Fillmore.
After a long life of dealing with problems with their affiliation to
some unscrupulous people she ended up moving to Australia and committing
suicide. |
