Tony was raised in Hollywood California and later moved to Azusa. Tony's
mother and father got a divorce when he was seven years old and later
his mom married Jim Robbins and Tony changed his name from Anthony J.
Mahavorick to Anthony J. Robbins.
He is 6'7" tall and when he was a teenager he went to an unbelievable
growth spurt and was one of the tallest kids in his class.
Tony and his mom didn't get along during his last years in high school
and Tony chose to move out but continued going to school. He was the
high school class president and soon found a job with his uncle cleaning
buildings at night allowing him to go to school during the day.
Tony had always wanted a better life and soon found it with sales. Tony
went to work for Jim Rohn selling motivational seminars and soon started
his own company.
Tony is a firm believer in neurolinguistic programming and actually
learned from John Grinder one of the
cofounders.
In 1986 Anthony married Becky, their marriage lasted until 2001 and then
he soon met and married Sage and they are still married today.
Tony is probably the most influential motivational speaker that there
ever was. He is full of energy and information. He has counseled people
like President Bill Clinton, Greg Norman and Mike Tyson.
Tony is still making history so good luck to you Tony and keep up the

| Tony Robbins was the first motivational audio
cassette tape I ever purchased. It was recommended to me by my friend
Chuck also my boss at the time. I did exactly what the cassette course
required and started on my spiritual and self help journey that has led
me to building this website.
I think the number one thing I learned from Personal Power 2 was that
people are motivated by either pain or pleasure. This has stuck with me
like glue and see it often and other peoples lives including my own.
Tony Robbins motivates the motivators.
I had the book Unlimited power and got about a third of the way through
it, while I was reading it, I lost it. It kind of bummed me out because
I found it at a thrift store and it was signed.
The book Unlimited power is definitely a good book to read. Don't forget
about your local libraries and thrift stores to find books.
